THE BRITS finally enjoyed some success this summer as the latest Mini was named Auto Express magazine's Car of the Year 2014 at a lavish ceremony in London’s West End. This third-generation version of the Mini is built in Oxford, with engines made in Hams Hall near Birmingham and body panels coming from Swindon. As well as winning the overall Car of the Year Award, the Mini was also named Best Premium Small Car.
Porsche revealed the first images of its new four-door, four-seat super sedan last week, and now we've got two new videos to supplement our updated gallery. The video on the left is stock footage, while the car is put through its paces on a winding road perched high in the mountains in the video on the right. We never thought of the Lexus LX 570 as being particularly short on power. Apparently the team at Hennessey Performance had a different opinion and took matters into their own hands, creating a supercharger package for the full-size SUV. The standard Lexus LX 570 already pumps out 383 hp and 403 lb-ft of torque courtesy of its 5.7-liter V8 engine, with power going to all four wheels.
